Affiliate Terms and Conditions

LemonGrove Oil Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the LemonGrove Oil Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by LemonGrove Oil, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By signing up as an Affiliate, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Affiliate Enrollment
   To enroll in the Program, you must submit a complete and accurate application through our website. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure
   Affiliates will earn 25% commission on the total sale price (excluding shipping, tax, and discounts) for every qualifying product sold through your unique affiliate link.

• Commissions are calculated on the final checkout total after any discounts and before tax and shipping.
• Commissions are not paid on returned products or canceled orders.

1. Payout & Tax Forms

• Commissions are paid 30 days after the end of the month in which the sale was made, to allow time for return windows to expire.
• You must provide a valid mailing address, Social Security Number or EIN, and complete W-9 form before any commission payments will be issued.
• All affiliates will receive a 1099-NEC tax form at the end of each calendar year if earnings exceed $600, as required by U.S. tax law.

1. Cookie Duration & Attribution

• Our affiliate program uses cookies to track referrals.
• A 60-day tracking window applies. This means that any sale made within 60 days of a customer clicking your link will be attributed to you.
• The last affiliate link clicked will receive credit for the sale.

1. Return & Refund Policy

• If a customer returns a product within 30 days of purchase, the sale will be voided and no commission will be paid.
• Sales become eligible for commission payout only after the 30-day return period has passed.

1. Marketing & Compliance
   Affiliates agree to:

• Use only Company-approved marketing materials and language when promoting LemonGrove Oil.
• Avoid false or misleading claims.
• Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly in any promotional content (e.g., “I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases”).
• Comply with all applicable laws, including the FTC’s endorsement guidelines.

1. Prohibited Activities
   Affiliates may not:

• Bid on Company-branded keywords in search engines (e.g., “LemonGrove Oil coupon”).
• Use spam or unsolicited messaging.
• Misrepresent LemonGrove Oil products or your relationship to the Company.
• Create websites or social profiles that impersonate LemonGrove Oil.
  Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

1. Termination
   We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. Affiliates may also terminate participation at any time by providing written notice.
   If terminated, commissions earned up to the date of termination will be paid according to the payout schedule, unless the termination was due to a violation of these Terms.
2. Independent Contractor
   You acknowledge that you are participating in the Program as an independent contractor and not as an employee or agent of LemonGrove Oil. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship.
3. Modifications
   We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updates.
4. Limitation of Liability
   LemonGrove Oil will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue or profits) arising from your participation in the Program.
5. Governing Law
   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
   By submitting your application or participating in the LemonGrove Oil Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
